Company profile

Our pensions department has established a reputation as a leading pensions practice, with the majority of our pensions clients being employers and trustees who have come to the Firm specifically for pensions advice. We pride ourselves on establishing strong individual relationships with our clients and our co-operative and responsive ethos. We work closely with other practice groups in the Firm to provide integrated advice on large scale pension projects.

We advise on the full range of legal issues relating to pensions from the strategic to the day to day, with specialist pension litigation and investment-related advice being available within the pensions department. Practical advice is key to effective strategic planning and decision-making - we are not afraid to reach conclusions and make recommendations. Pensions law is complicated - we make it understandable.
